A: Sample order is welcome here. Mixed samples are acceptable. We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

A: Most of our products are in stock ,1-3 days for sample or small amount orders, 20-30 days for mass production depending on actual order size.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by express way like DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.

A: Yes, we offer 1-year warranty to our products. Of course, some products excludes.
Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: All our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%. During the guarantee period, we will send new products for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
